OUR MISSION Needy families do not always fit the stereotype of the homeless, unkempt street walkers. The less fortunate can be hard working people who just can't seem to make ends meet, or single mothers doing their best to provide for their children. And although they are not as visible as their stereotypical inner-city counterparts, people who lack resources live all around us. Greg and Carol St. Hilaire,
who realized this, wanted to reach out to low-income people and provide them
with food, clothing, furniture, and household items, either free or at low
costs. Also helping to provide affordable housing, Christmas gifts,
Automobiles, and school supplies. To accomplish their goal, this husband and
wife team set up and have spent the last fifteen years running a unique
non-profit organization called CHAP (Caring, Helping, And Providing) Ministries. Carol and Greg St. Hilaire
